Shipping and return policies for *akʷā music

Shipping Info
Deliveries are made once a week so it will take one to seven days until your order gets sent. All orders are handled by Deutsche Post/DHL. Please note that dispatch times may increase during high demand periods.

Within Germany
DHL tracked and signed for
1 to 3 working days from dispatch of order

Europe
DHL tracked and signed for
2 to 5 working days from dispatch of order

Rest of the world
DHL tracked and signed for
6 to 10 working days from dispatch of order

Shipping costs will differ depending on size and weight of your order. For specific shipping costs, please check the product posting.

Please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country.
Return Policy
Please note that we do not cover postage for returns/exchange shipments.

Unwanted products can be returned within 14 days upon delivery, unworn, brand new, in its original packaging with tags, along with your name, order number and email address. To return an unwanted item for a refund, please contact info@planet-akwa.com.

Exchanges can be made only within Europe at this time and products can only be exchanged for a different size and/or colour. Send back the product unworn, brand new, in its original packaging with tags, along with your name, order number, email address and the colour/size you wish to receive, within 14 days of delivery.

Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. Please make sure to use a trusted courier service to insure your package arrives to us safely, as the product is under your responsibility until it reaches us.

Once your return is received and inspected (normally processed within 7 days), we will send you an email confirming your exchange or refund. Credit for refunds will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
